This wreath was even more adorable in person! Outstanding quality materials & construction. Packed carefully & a very sweet note by the seller. I was going to hang it in my Grinch Coffee/Cocoa Bar. The item was poorly secured in an extremely oversized box. The bubble wrap and paper was floating around the box and simply laying on top of the ceramic item. It was a useless attempt to protect the item. I do love the item, and the seller was nice to work with as I only wanted a portion of the item. The seller was flexible and willing to adjust the price for which I was grateful. I will keep an eye on the seller's items, but just encourage much better packaging and shipping. I am wondering if UPS or FedEx packed this on her behalf and simply did a poor job.
